Sandvik HL710S is a hydraulic top hammer rock drill designed for DL2710 and DL2720 underground longhole drills. It drills 54-89 mm holes up to 38 m deep, using T35, T38, T45 and T51 MF rods or 65 mm tube rods.

Heavy duty with a simple design
The rock drill has a heavy-duty yet simple design, with its percussion module consisting of only two moving parts. The piston and distributor sleeve remain separate from the drill body, minimizing contact with the drill body modules.

Multiple options available
Sandvik HL710S has two rotation motor variants to meet the rotation torque and RPM requirements of different hole diameters and rock formations. An optional power extractor can open rock tool joints manually.

High performance and low maintenance
Sandvik HL710S hydraulic rock drill offers high drilling capacity, easy maintenance and low operating costs. Its main body modules are connected by four short side bolts, reducing joint faces and large contact surfaces.
