AutoMine® Autonomous for Boom and Rotary Drills
AutoMine® Autonomous package is the third of three levels and includes the AutoCycle. The AutoCycle enables fully autonomous surface drilling fleet operation of multiple drill rigs from a remote control room, improving operational safety, increasing productivity and fleet utilization. Through the system, one operator can automate one to three rigs from a remote operator station, trailer or van.
Improved operator safety and comfort
Working from a remote control room or alternatively trailer or van, the operator can supervize multiple automated drill rigs safely and comfortably. The solution not only dramatically improves the working conditions and the immediate safety of the operator, but also keeps mine personnel out of hazardous areas.

AutoMine® Surface Drilling Autonomous package reduces equipment damage and lowers maintenance costs due to less wear and tear with automated functions. Accurate and efficient rig operation minimizes the possibility of human error.
The system provides continuous drilling over shift changes and breaks, maximizing productivity even in difficult conditions. Consistent output increases efficiency with accurate drilling performance for easier blasting and improved fragmentation.
The AutoCycle capabilities enable a fully autonomous drilling cycle where work proceeds through the drilling cycle for multiple holes including hole-to-hole tramming without operator involvement. Smooth transition and control
The system enables operators to easily switch between in-cabin and remote use. In the remote operator station, the controls are the same as in the rigs. The rig functions autonomously through automated functions, with the operator taking control only when required.
The system is straightforward to start up and use, even in harsh conditions. Troubleshooting system functions and connections is straightforward and quick. Network communication is established automatically, ensuring reliability, ergonomics and ease of use.
