Pantera™ DP1510i is an intelligent, hydraulic, diesel-powered, self-propelled top hammer drill rig. Designed for large hole drilling, it is suited to production drilling in large quarries or open pit mines, construction work sites and wall control and development works.

At the core of Pantera™ DPi is the new RD1700 rock drill family, delivering optimal strikes and smooth drilling with its patented active stabilizer. With up to 40 kW of power and 15% better energy efficiency, it drives productivity. The iTorque drilling control system ensures hole accuracy. Paired with CT55 or CT67 rock tools and the RockPulse® system, drilling performance is maximized from bit to boom.

Pantera™ DPi has been upgraded to make daily work easier and safer. A quieter, low-vibration cabin boosts operator comfort, while touchscreen controls give easy access to all rig functions - from drilling parameter setups to troubleshooting instructions. Smart features like iClean take care of overburden drilling automatically and feed-to-tram automation enables smooth switching between drilling and tramming at the push of a button. Other optional intelligence features include one-hole automation, TIM3D and Driller's Notes, for maximized drilling performance.

Rock drill heating & heavy-duty accumulator membrane for arctic conditions
Sandvik has designed a new system for heating the rock drill before starting it up. This feature dramatically increases the service life of the rock drill accumulator membranes.
