Leopard™ DI560 down-the-hole drill rig

Leopard™ DI560 diesel-powered, down-the-hole (DTH) drill has excellent mobility, a smaller footprint and the ability to serve multiple sites. It is a machine trusted by mining and construction companies, and contractors engaged in pre-split and regular production blasthole drilling. Leopard DI560 is designed for drilling 90-165mm (3½-6½") holes.
With its 328 kW diesel engine and clever compressor managements system enabling to use normal 24 bar DTH hammer or 30 bar high pressure DTH hammer. Operator can easily choose used compressor airflow (24.4 m³ / 24bar or 21.6m³ / 30bar) and air pressure via machine user interface. All power is fully utilized, translating into low energy consumption, low operating costs and top productivity. The rig performs efficiently and economically with 4" HP hammer and 3", 4", 5" and 6" hammers. On top of high performance and productivity, the machine offers a first class operator environment with solutions that enable seamless interaction of man and machine: the operator handles drilling and the automation takes care of all machine controls.
Advantages
- Perfect match for the 4” high pressure hammer
