RR340 offers endurance and superior bit life in a range of drilling applications. The premium single-sealed roller bearing bit is designed for challenging ground conditions in wet and abrasive formations of medium or hard rock.
Optimal design

This rotary bit features Optional PowerCarbide®, cone steel protection, tailored coring protection and shirt tail tip hard metal protection. These elements protect against bit life wear in hard and abrasive rock, increasing bearing life.
Drilling economy

In field tests, RR340 gives +45% increased service life and +25% bearing hours. This means fewer bit changes, which increases safety and is better for the environment and drilling economy.
