RockPulse® uses cutting-edge sensor technology to provide real-time visibility inside the rock during drilling. It measures stress waves, analyzing drilling effectiveness. RockPulse helps you achieve optimal drilling results while lowering tool consumption. The system is currently available for Ranger DX800i, DX900i and DX910i with RD900-series rock drills.

Drill bit response
Drill bit response measures the contact between bit and rock, achieving a higher penetration rate and helping to find an optimal bit type and grinding interval.

Increased tool life
Tools load measures the harmful tensile stress reflected by the rock. Excessive tensile stress increases wear on tools, resulting in shorter lifetimes.

Feed Level adjustment
RockPulse indicates optimal feed level adjustments. As with all RockPulse gauges, the Feed Level immediately reacts to changes in rock conditions, guiding the operator through even the most challenging rock conditions and resulting in higher hole quality and productivity.
