Cutting attachments

Sandvik cutting attachments

Sandvik multi-purpose cutting attachments are hydraulic-powered cutting heads that can be mounted on excavators quickly and easily. These efficient, geometrically optimized cutting heads can be used in a number of applications, including production, scaling, tunnel rehabilitation, roadway leveling, trenching and demolition.

The models range from the relatively light-weight Sandvik MA520 for roughly 20-ton carrier vehicles to the heavy-duty model Sandvik MA720 for 45-ton carriers. Quick-change coupling between the shovel/hammer and attachment makes these cutting heads truly productive tools for any mining or construction application. Thanks to very low maintenance requirements and minimal operating costs, they are also a highly cost-effective solution.
